Discussion with UNP
இலங்கையின் மிகப் பழைய அரசியல் கட்சிகளில் ஒன்று தான் ஐக்கிய தேசிய கட்சி. 1948 இலங்கை விடுதலை பெற்ற பின்னர் முதலாவது அரசை அமைத்ததுடன் பின்னரும் பல தடவைகளில் ஐ.தே.க. ஆளும் கட்சியாக இருந்துள்ளது. வரலாற்று நெடுகிலும் புத்தளம் தேர்தல் தொகுதி ஐக்கிய தேசிய கட்சிக்கு எழுதிக் கொடுக்கப்பட்ட தேர்தல் தொகுதி என்றே சொல்லவேண்டும்.
தேர்தல் என்று வருகின்ற போது மக்கள் யானை என்கின்ற பலமான சின்னத்தை நேசித்தது போன்று வேறு எந்த சின்னத்தை நேசித்தது கிடையாது என்று சொல்ல வேண்டும். அந்த வகையில் மிக மோசமான நிலையில் சீர்குலைந்துள்ள ஐக்கிய தேசிய கட்சியை மீண்டும் மறுசீரமைப்பதற்கான வேலைகளை முன்னின்று நடாத்தும் கட்சியின் இணைத்தலைவரும் நல்லாட்சி அரசிலே சட்டம் ஒழுங்கு அமைச்சராக இருந்த சாகல ரத்நாயகே அவர்களோடும் நம் இயக்கத்தின் உறுப்பினர்களோடும் கடந்த வாரம் Zoom வாயிலாக ஒரு கலந்துரையாடல் ஒன்று நடைப்பெற்றது.
இதிலே ஒவ்வொரு தேர்தல் காலத்திலும் ஐக்கிய தேசிய கட்சியின் உறுப்பினர்கள் புறக்கணிக்கப்படுவதையும், தேர்தல் காலங்களில் மாத்திரம் இணையும் சிறுபான்மை கட்சிகளின் பிரதிநிதிகள் ஐக்கிய தேசிய கட்சிக்குள் செலுத்தும் ஆதிக்கம் பற்றியும் எதிர்கால கட்சியின் திட்டங்கள் பற்றியும் ஐக்கிய தேசிய கட்சியின் ஆரம்ப கால போராளியும், ஐக்கிய தேசிய கட்சியின் இளம் முக்கிய உறுப்பினரான முஹம்மத் நஜாத் நவ்ஷாத் Najath Mohamed அவர்கள் முன்வைத்தார்.
தூய தேசம் என்ற இயக்கத்தின் கொள்கை மற்றும் அதன் பயணம் பற்றிய தெளிவினை கலந்துகொண்ட கட்சியின் முக்கிய உறுப்பினர்களுக்கும் முன்னாள் அமைச்சருக்கும் இயக்கத்தின் தலைவர் இஷாம் மரிக்கார் அவர்கள் விளக்கப்படுத்தியதோடு, அடுத்து வரும் தேர்தலில் எவ்வாறு பயணிப்பது பற்றி மிக நீண்ட நேரம் கலந்துரையாடியதும் குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
தூய தேசம் என்ற கொள்கையில் கட்சி வேறுபாடுகளுக்கு அப்பால் ஒற்றுமையாக தொடர்ந்தும் பயணிக்கும் படியும், கட்சியின் முரண்பாடுகள் சம்பந்தமான விடயங்களுக்கு எதிர்காலத்தில் பொருத்தமான தீர்வுகளை பெற்றேடுப்போம் என்றும், கட்சியின் தலைவரோடு நேரடியாக புத்தளம் வந்து நம் இயக்கத்தின் உறுப்பினர்களை சந்திப்பதற்கான ஏற்பாடுகளை செய்வோம் என்றும் எம்மை ஊக்கப்படுத்தி ஆர்வமூட்டியதும் குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂය ශ්රී ලංකාවේ තිබෙන පැරණිතම දේශපාලන පක්ෂයකි. 1948 දී ශ්රී ලංකාව නිදහස් වීමෙන් පසු පළමු රජය පිහිටුවන ලද අතර එතැන් සිට එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂය කිහිප වතාවක්ම පාලක පක්ෂයක් ලෙස පැවතීය. ඉතිහාසය පුරාම පුත්තලම මැතිවරණ කොට්ඨාසය එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂය සඳහා වූ ලිඛිත මැතිවරණ කොට්ඨාසයකි
මට කිව යුතුව ඇත්තේ මැතිවරණ වලදී මිනිසුන් අලියාගේ ශක්තිමත් සංකේතයට ආදරය කළ තරම් වෙනත් සංකේතයකට ආදරය කර නැති බවයි. පරිහානියට පත් එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂය ප්රතිසංවිධානය කිරීමේ වැඩකටයුතුවල නායකත්වය දරන පක්ෂයේ සම සභාපති සහ යහපාලන රජයේ හිටපු නීතිය හා සාමය පිළිබඳ අමාත්ය සාකල රත්නායක සහ අපේ ව්යාපාරයේ සාමාජිකයින් සමඟ පසුගිය සතියේ zoom හරහා සාකච්ඡාවක් පැවැත්වීය.
එහි දී, එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂයේ මුල් කාලීන සටන් කරුවෙකු සහ එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂයේ ජාතික තරුණ පක්ෂයේ ප්රධාන සාමාජිකයෙකු වූ මුහම්මද් නජාත් නව්ෂාඩ් පෙන්වා දුන්නේ සෑම මැතිවරණ කාලයකදීම එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂයේ සාමාජිකයින් නොසලකා හරින බවත් සුළු පක්ෂ නියෝජිතයින් බවත් මැතිවරණ කාලයට පමණක් සම්බන්ධ වන අය පක්ෂය තුළ ආධිපත්යය දරන අතර අනාගතය සඳහා සැලසුම් කරති. එම ව්යාපාරයේ නායක ඉෂාම් මරික්කාර් පක්ෂයේ ප්රධාන සාමාජිකයින්ට සහ හිටපු ඇමතිවරයාට පිරිසිදු ජාතියේ ව්යාපාරයේ ප්රතිපත්තිය සහ එහි ගමන් මග පිළිබඳ පැහැදිලිභාවය පැහැදිලි කළ අතර එහි ගමන් කළ යුතු ආකාරය පිළිබඳව දීර්ඝ ලෙස සාකච්ඡා කළ අතර ඊළඟ මැතිවරණයේදී සංචාරය කරන්නේ කෙසේද යන්න පිළිබඳව ඉතා දීර්ඝ ලෙස සාකච්ඡා වූ බව සැලකිය යුතු කරුණකි.
නිර්මල ජාතියක මූලධර්මය මත පක්ෂ භේදයෙන් ඔබ්බට සමගියෙන් ගමන් කරන ලෙසත්, ඉදිරියේදී පක්ෂ ගැටුම් හා සම්බන්ධ ගැටලු සඳහා සුදුසු විසඳුම් සෙUnited National Partyමග කෙළින්ම පුත්තලමට පැමිණ අපගේ සංවිධානයේ සාමාජිකයන් සමග හමු වීමට කටයුතු සලසන ලෙසත් අපව දිරිමත් කිරීම කැපී පෙනේ.
The United National Party is one of the oldest political parties in Sri Lanka. The first government was formed after the liberation of Sri Lanka in 1948 and the UNP has been in power several times as the ruling party.
